Bring the product's barcode into view under the camera. The scanner will automatically pick up the product’s details if it's registered on the system.

Possible reasons for the scanner not working:

• The product is not registered on our system.
• The lighting is inadequate.
• The focus is out - try scanning from a distance and then slowly going closer towards the barcode.
• The camera lens may be dirty.
