• Accordingly, any unauthorised use, copying, reproduction, retransmission, distribution, dissemination, sale, publication, broadcast or other circulation or exploitation of such material or any component thereof will constitute an infringement of such Intellectual Property rights; save that You may use the Content or any component thereof for Your own individual non-commercial  purposes for the purposes of purchasing Service/s from Craft Craze;
• The trademarks, names, logos and service marks displayed on the App or Website whether registered or unregistered (collectively "Trademarks") are Trademarks owned by Craft Craze. Nothing contained on the App or Website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademark.

RESPONSIBILITIES

By registering as a manufacturer on Craft Craze you agree to be bound by our terms, conditions, and privacy policy. In addition to the aforementioned, you agree to adhere to your responsibilies which include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• ensuring your company profile and contact details are true and correct;
• ensuring product descriptions, attributes and all other relevant product information are true and correct;
• ensuring product pricing remains correct and up-to-date;
• ensuring product quantities (i.e. stock on hand) values are regularly updated and are true and correct;
• ensuring linked outlets have authorised their listing on Craft Craze before you link them to your products;
• ensuring orders are ready, and correct, for collection by couriers on time when you are notified of orders via email;
• ensuring all your business requirements, as per the relevant governing laws, are in good standing and do not prohibit you from selling and distributing your products online.

As long as your company profile and products are listed on Craft Craze, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Any monies taken by Craft Craze for the facilitation of sales by a manufacturer on Craft Craft is deemed to be a service fee.

Craft Craze accepts no responsibility for incorrect information with regards to your company profile, product information, product pricing, or any items that you are able to control as a manufacturer by logging in on Craft Craze. If you are not able to access any of this information to update, it remains your responsibility to make Craft Craze aware who will gladly assist you.

It is an offence in terms of South African liquor legislation:

• for any person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor and/or to present false evidence of his/her age in order to access liquor; and/or

• to purchase liquor for or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 years. 

Craft Craze is committed to complying with all applicable liquor legislation and therefore will only;

• sell liquor to you if you are of or above the age of 18 years; and 

• deliver liquor to the address chosen by you if the liquor is received at such address by a person of or above the age of 18 years.

Craft Craze has implemented some precautions to ensure that it does not sell, supply and/or deliver liquor to persons under the age of 18 years. These precautions include without limitation:

• Requesting confirmation that the person accessing the website, or app, is 18 years or older;

• verifying the person's age by requesting their date of birth when purchasing, or attempting to purchase, liquor through the Website, or app;

Craft Craze may in its sole discretion refuse to sell or deliver liquor to any person if:

• he/she refuses to provide his/her date of birth or identification requested for purposes of verifying his/her age;

• it appears that he/she provided false information or evidence of his/her age in order to access liquor; or

• he/she appears to be intoxicated.

Craft Craze is not licenced to sell liquor for resale and you may accordingly not purchase liquor through Craft Craze for the purpose of reselling it. Craft Craze is entitled to cancel, or not to process, any order for liquor which it suspects will be resold, in addition to any other remedy it may have under these Terms and Conditions or at law.

By purchasing, or attempting to purchase, liquor through Craft Craze, you hereby acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and agree to provide us with truthful and accurate information and to comply with the applicable liquor legislation.

All goods purchased on Craft Craze are delivered by third party delivery agents.

Craft Craze sells alcoholic products under the liquor license (be it micro-manufacturing/off-consumption) of the manufacturer of said product. Craft Craze does not operate from a fixed premises, all items are collected directly from the manufacturer and delivered, via our third-party agents, to the purchaser.
