World Beer Awards Winner – South Africa 2019 This locally made weiss beer is unflitered and true to the style of Bavarian hefeweizen or wheat beer being made with more than 60% wheat malt. This keeps it in line with the German law defining weissbier. We made this beer as authentic as possible using all imported German ingredients of malted wheat and barley, hops and yeast. Kas Bier Weiss is an unfiltered, light bodied, easy drinking beer with light wheat maltiness and banana aroma. Lightly hopped, it will never be bitter but will leave traces of bubblegum flavour lingering in the back of your mouth. Expect a pale golden hue in your glass topped with a frothy white head.
